Workshop Summaries:

Fair Housing Basics Intermountain Fair Housing Council will take attendees through the basics of the Fair Housing Act, its history, who is protected, what housing providers are covered by the law.

Advanced Topics Intermountain Fair Housing Council share the latest discussion on reasonable accommodations and service animals; eligibility requirements including criminal background, income requirements, credit; hate, harassment and discrimination based on national origin, race, sex (sexual orientation and gender identity) and religion.

Best Practices from a Housing Provider Perspective
Housing Provider Attorney will discuss best practices for housing providers when addressing fair housing issues from application to termination.

Please park in the lower parking lot, not the Library upper lot as that is strictly enforced 2 hour parking only.
