The Hernandez family has been in this hacienda during 5 generations. Today, visitors from all over the world can watch the coffee process from how to plant a coffee tree to how to process the coffee to obtain a very brown and aromatic beverage. And there is also an accessible guest house available. The facility was made fully accessible since the owner Cesar Gomez uses a chair.
