A 6-part workshop series designed to help family caregiver find balance while caring for a loved one. It will give you the skills to take care of yourself and someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Learn to reduce stress, make tough decisions, navigate through family dynamics and connect with resources.
The Zoom format for online learning will be the program they use. You will need a computer or iPad with internet access to participate. Knowing that for many of you, the thought of using an online venue may be overwhelming. Your registration includes free pre-training for Zoom readiness. The goal is for you to have a successful class experience.
Classes start March 23 and run through May 27th.
