WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) is a peer-support group for families, caregivers, love ones and/or the person living with mental illness. We follow the Mary Ellen Copeland model & a few other helpful learning tools that will enhance our mental wellbeing. We meet every Wednesday from 4:00 -5:00 p.m.. PST
