Advanced Care Planning Conference

This event is intended for all members of the community who would like to get started on their advance care plan.
Advance Care Planning is making decisions about the healthcare you want to receive in the event that you become unable to speak for yourself. Some examples of this include:
- Advance Directive
- Living Will
- Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
Agenda:
– Introduction to Advance Care Planning with Hospice of North Idaho professionals
– Discuss legal considerations presented by Elder Law attorneys Kate Coyle and Scott Nass
– Learn about Medicare and different types of insurance from Janine Wilson at SHIBA
Education sessions offered at 12pm and again at 4pm
