Braving the Cold: CERT Winter Preparedness Workshop

Learn from the experts! Dick Zollars, National Ski Patrol Instructor for 35 years, Loma Bruya, OEC trained Ski Patrol, Kevin Owens, Whitman County CERT Program Manager.
What you will learn:
- Cold weather survival skills: preparing your home, car and self for extreme cold
- Recognizing and treating cold related injuries: Frostbite and hypothermia
- Hands on exercises: build a shelter, practice first aid, and tackle real-world scenarios.
