Offering support for families navigating developmentally disabled services, guidance for high school students exploring career and independence options, information for DD students in their last year of high school. Featured speaker is Jonathon Chase. Diagnosed with Asperger’s at age 14, he is an advocate, speaker, and mentor for young adults on the Autism spectrum.
