Building Capacity – FREE Brain Injury Workshop Series
Enhance your skills, increase your knowledge, and build connections. Workshop themes have been carefully chosen to cover key topics relevant to brain injury. The workshop series is hosted by The Center on Brain Injury Research and Training (CBIRT), sponsored by the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Strategic Partnership Advisory Council of Washington State through the Department of Social and Health Services.
CBIRT is excited to announce Dana Allard-Webb, who will be speaking at the upcoming workshop, Caregiving: Navigating Provider Relationships and First Responder Interactions, on November 1st. A dedicated professional with 24 years in Social Services, Dana is currently the Program Manager for Washington’s Family Caregiver Support Program and will present on the vital role of family caregivers, the importance of self-care, and key aspects of the Long-Term Care Trust Act and the WA Cares Fund. With experience in Medicaid, case management, and Lifespan Respite Grant development, Dana’s insights will be invaluable for anyone navigating caregiving relationships.
