Dance for Parkinson’s + Intro Class

Fun and accessible dance classes for people with PD. MS, visual, balance or neuro considerations taught by Corrie Belfort, a professional dancer trained through the Dance for PD Program. Participants may choose to be seated or standing throughout the class, all mobility aids welcome. No dance experience or diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease or MS is required to participate. Classes can also benefit folks with other neuromuscular or neurodegenerative considerations, balance issues, in recovery from injury or seeking a welcoming path into movement.
Located in Palouse Mall, near the middle.

Park near the central Mall doors (under the Ross sign), plenty of parking available.
Entrance options – both have curb ramps:
Look for the external MosCo door and sandwich board and enter here.
