• A copy of your federal income tax from 2022, 2023 or both depending of the tax year you are applying for.
• Information on all persons on the 1040: Spouse and children, social security numbers and dates of birth.
• Bank account information with routing number for direct deposit.
• Physical and Mailing address.
• And an email account to use to apply for the credit online.
