- a complete copy of your Federal Tax Return
- 2022 tax return for 2023 WFTC refund
- 2023 tax return for 2024 WFTC refund
- SSN or ITIN#
- Dates of birth for all persons on the tax return
- Bank account & routing # for direct deposit
- An email address to apply online (optional)
