A FREE ice skating event will be held in Moscow. If you or someone you know with special needs (physical or intellectual, visually challenged, hearing impaired, traumatic brain injury, cancer or burn survivor) is interested in participating in the event, please register with Carolina, email at carolinag@uidaho.edu
