The IRS is providing a temporary Taxpayer Assistance Center to offer face-to-face help with many tax concerns.

Services they offer include: Tax Law Assistance, Account Assistance, Payment arrangements, transcripts and forms. Payment will not be accepted there. Required documents to bring – state issued photo ID, letters or notices received, and requested documents.
