Participating in “Trunk or Treat”

Life is participating in Trunk or Treat for individual with special needs and their families, Saturday October 26th, 3-5 pm at the Portneuf Library. There will be candy, activities, special guests and more! It’s a free event but tickets are required. Tickets available at Portneuf Library and other agencies.
