NEED LEGAL ASSISTANCE? Inland Empire Legal Aid (IELA) is a nonprofit legal assistance program. IELA can assist low-income individuals (200% Below the Federal Poverty Level) with matters in Family Law, Consumer Law and Life Planning. IELA operates out of Spokane County but also supports Pend Oreille, Ferry, Stevens and Lincoln counties. We host weekly and monthly clinics and informational sessions, open to the public. We do not offer direct representation. Quickest way to receive services is to check out our website, where our clinic details are, our application for services and a comprehensive list of all other resources one might need.
