Grief in the Holidays Workshop

This FREE workshop is for those who have experienced loss and want an intentional space to acknowledge how grief may affect the holidays and the expectations that come with them. ​Attendees will be affirmed as they develop a plan for managing their grief during this time. Attendees will be encouraged to develop a creative plan B to have on hand if needed.
