Join in these equipment free, no cost, accessible movement classes. All ages and abilities are welcome! Starts every Monday, September 8th and runs through December 10th.

Every Wednesday, at 2:00 pm in the Hamilton Indoor recreation Center.

You can also join in Friday Adventures, from 10 am to noon. Locations will be announced via email each week. Contact Isabella at igilmore@uidaho.edu to get on the email list.
