Katherine Haggard

Activism is no stranger to this mom! Katherine puts her degree in Social Welfare and Disability Studies to work advocating for people in the Moscow area. Whether it’s accessible parking at the Farmers Market or finding funding for an ADA accessible playground at Lena Whitmore Elementary school, she is proud to be working for people with disabilities, like herself. She has served on DAC NW’s board since 2018.
